Living in the Vienna Woods - fulfill your dream of living in the countryside. The real estate developer Bau Easy is building seven terraced houses with modern architecture in the heart of the Vienna Woods. My video shows impressions of the area in advance.

 

The houses
Seven terraced houses, planned by the architect specifically for this location, are oriented north-south.
To the north, the houses are rather closed to shield them from views and the street. Towards the south, the houses open up towards the garden. The houses are low-energy houses, with underfloor heating (from the ready-to-lay version upwards) provided for their living comfort. Hot water and heating are provided by a condensing boiler.

The location
The houses are south-facing, directly on the beautiful Sattelbach stream. Enjoy the tranquillity and fresh air of the Vienna Woods while listening to the gentle babbling of the stream. The property is conveniently located directly on the main road. The quiet location and the healthy air guarantee relaxation from everyday stress. The recreational value is high, hiking trails in the immediate vicinity and at the same time proximity to the city offer ideal living conditions, especially for young families.

The living level
The living level opens to the south with generous glazing to bring the sun and nature into the house. You can enjoy the view of the garden, the Sattelbach stream and the wooded mountain slopes. A terrace and an optional balcony on the upper floors extend the living space into the open air for a leisurely breakfast in the countryside or cheerful barbecue evenings.
