Due to a planned relocation of the general practice in the municipality of Zemendorf-Stöttera, the opportunity arose to realize a modern institution.

In addition to the internal requirements of the medical practice, particular attention was to be paid to sustainability and integration into the existing village structure.

The result of the planning task is a new business environment that specifically transforms deficits from the past into tangible qualities and thus offers a spacious, light-flooded surgery with space reserves for other uses. Embedded in an existing building in the village center and realized using natural materials, a comfortable ambience was created for the users.
