A total of 173 rental apartments for young and old, singles and families were built here by Wohnpark Alt-Erlaa AG, a subsidiary of GESIBA AG.

The two residential buildings are laid out in such a way that the fronts of the buildings block off Altmannsdorfer Strasse and Sagedergasse to the outside, so that the interior appears quiet and almost idyllic.

The WHA is equipped with a rooftop swimming pool, a sauna, spacious loggias, verandas and front gardens.
Bridges connect two blocks of flats - a symbol of encounter and openness, of solidarity and lived individualism.

Generous open spaces, a spacious green inner courtyard, recreation zones, shrubs, a playground for children and young people, pleasant paths for walking.

In the foyer there is a large oil painting by Fritz Martinz - also a reference to Alt Erlaa.
The complex - naturally a low-energy building - is well located in terms of infrastructure. Excellent local amenities, doctors' surgeries, schools and convenient transport links with the U6, S1 and S2 within walking distance.

Die Anlage wurde als Hommage an den Architekten in ‚Harry Glück Haus‘ benannt.
