NEW WORK SE, Vienna: The office of the future
An office landscape for 300 employees of NEW WORK SE (XING, kununu, Honeypot and Prescreen) was created in Vienna's first district in summer 2021. The new home for the young and digital company is located in a traditional building on Schottenring: the former Rothschild bank (most recently the headquarters of Erste Bank Austria).
The planning office Hungenberg&Sieber from Berlin, under the direction of Daniel Sieber, developed the term "dynamic office platform" for the office concept. The aim was to make the dynamics of the company visible and tangible in this venerable building.
Spread over more than 5,000 m² on two complete floors, this office space provides the opportunity to work in a concentrated manner, but also offers numerous different options for collaboration and communication. In its new headquarters in Vienna, the company shows what the office of the future can look like.
Several galleries with different usage themes, the flexible multifunctional space and the huge screened roof terraces make this office space unique. The space thrives on ever-changing impressions, changing visual axes and various offers within a very short distance.
The Hamburg furniture store Gärtner Internationale Möbel supplied the office furniture from no less than 31 different manufacturers. This diversity reflects the face of NEW WORK SE and is flexible enough for the next big changes in the world of work.
